Here's how we calculate the quarterly performance bonus:

If you earn 1,000 USD in January, 2,000 USD in February, and 3,000 USD in March (first quarter of the year):

• ‍Three-month total: 1,000 USD + 2,000 USD + 3,000 USD = 6,000 USD
• ‍Resulting Platinum+ bonus: 10% of 6,000 USD = 600 USD
• ‍Bonus payout: Credited at the start of the next quarter (in April)
